• First year :
  If you are foreign and want to study in France, you must first apply for a (VLS-TS) student mention (valid for 4 months to 1 year). To apply for the visa, you must check whether your country is part of the "Study in France" procedure. After your arrival in France, you must within three months carry out the steps with the OFII. The school's secretarial office is located at 7 rue des Cordelières in Paris.
  
  Renewal :
  If after one year you wish to continue your studies in France, you can apply for a student temporary residence permit (valid for 1 year). You must apply for your card within 2 months before the expiry date of your long-stay visa (VLS-TS) by contacting the prefecture of your place of residence.
  While waiting for an answer, you will receive a receipt. If your request is accepted, you will be informed by mail within 4 months.
